May 2014 Organization Printable

Hey y'all!

Another week, another printable. May is coming so I thought it will be fun to start making organizational printable!

I made this printable to help us to be more organized. Mind you,  I'm not very organized so this is just what I need! Included in the file are calendar, weekly plan, to-do list and grocery list. To make it look cute (because who doesn't like cute things, right?) I used the patterns I got from the Roost Tribe. It is sooo good to be a member of the tribe! Every month I look forward for emails from Bonnie, our Roost Tribe hen :) So anywho, no, this isn't a sponsored post, I just honestly think that you might want to check it out and be a Roost Tribe member!

Okay, here ya go. I hope you like the printable! Let me know what you think. If you like it, I might make a set every month! Actually, i probably will anyway just because I know I'd need it!

Super Easy Pancakes!

I found this 100% Natural Pancakes Recipe on Blogilates.

I thought, " No way, that can't be! It looks so easy!"

Well, I guess there's only 1 way to find out, I have to make it!

Okay, so I only need :

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 eggs

You want ripe banana so the pancakes would be a tad sweet.

I mashed the banana on the bowl with the fork first, and then mixed the 2 eggs into it. The batter looks weird, it doesn't look like a pancake batter. I was still very skeptical at this moment.

Then I pour about 1 tablespoon of batter to make bite-size pancakes. *Still skeptical*

When I flipped the pancakes, oh goodness they do look like pancakes! I guess we'll see how it tastes....

It tastes really good! The texture is of course very different than the usual pancake since this recipe doesn't use flour. The taste is great, the banana sweetens the pancake that I just ate it straight (no syrup or other toppings). Within 5 minutes of eating them all, I feel a great urge to share this with you! Enjoy!

April 2013 Visiting Teaching Printable

Hello internet!

Sorry I didn't update the blog at all last week! I had been sewing last week, and was just too lazy to get online (oops!)
I'll make sure to make a post about it so you can check out what I made!

Anywho, so this month's visiting teaching message has been currently focused on the life and ministry of the Savior. This month's message is The Divine Mission of Jesus Christ: Savior and Redeemer. I thought I'd make a printable so you can print it and share it!

Perhaps you might be wondering what this visiting teaching thing is about. Well, I am a Mormon, which means that I'm a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. If you want to know more, visit here to find out what Mormons believe. Anywho, every month we visit a fellow sister. We do this get to know her, share visiting teaching message, provide help when needed, etc. Visit the link to know more about the purpose of visiting teaching.

I've been learning how to use Adobe Illustrator. It's really been quite fun! I've enjoyed it a lot! I used one of the watercolor backgrounds by Daniel Davidson. Such pretty backgrounds, I love watercolors! I hope to learn it someday.
